Clean Equity Structure
Tensor Suisse operates as a Swiss AG (corporation) – not a fund, and not a token. Investors participate via equity ownership under a straightforward shareholder agreement, ensuring clear governance with no complex fund wrappers. We charge no management or performance fees, so all value created accrues to our shareholders.
Delegated Staking & Compounding
All treasury TAO is actively delegated within the Bittensor network, earning protocol-native rewards — currently targeting ~14–18% APY.
These rewards are automatically re-delegated and compounded block by block, growing the treasury organically without new capital inflows.
Long-Term TAO Treasury
We use invested capital to acquire TAO – the core asset of the Bittensor protocol – and secure it in our treasury. This forms the foundation of our balance sheet. Our holdings are kept in cold storage custody for security, representing a long-duration bet on decentralized AI. We never liquidate our core TAO position; it is a permanent strategic asset.
